I use "the 3-Pillars of Total Wellbeing": Optimum Health, an Abundance of Wealth, and True Happiness, to teach my clients to focus on what they want, and not on what they don't want. 

The Universal Law of Attraction demonstrates how we create the things, events and people that come into our lives. Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn, attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies. The Universal Law of Growth simply exists to ensure that something always grows, that creation is constant and determined by the kind and quality of seed which is planted.
